THANK YOU!

We would like to thank the C.A.R.E. fund through Beausoleil First Nation for providing funding for our registration fees to the North Bay Junior Varsity Football Club.  The North Bay Junior Varsity Bulldogs participate in the Ontario Minor Football League.  We played eight games in total, four at home and four travelling mainly throughout southern Ontario.

C.A.R.E. has been in place since 2009, and provides Cultural, Arts, Recreation and Entertainment funding to support Beausoleil First Nation members aspirations who are involved in organized sports or professional sports.

We both had a great experience on the Bulldogs this summer.  At our year end banquet we were both recognized for our efforts, Griffin received “Receiver of the Year” award, and Miigwans received “Most Improved Offensive Lineman” award, and the “Hey Coach” award.
