If the Anishinaabay language is thrown away we will lose many things.

We will lose the history, the things that happened in the past. We have already forgotten the Anishinaabay language names for the Anishinaabay rivers, lakes and the lands that we lived on a long time ago. Once all of the Anishinaabayg knew the Anishinaabay language. All of the Anishinaabayg had Anishinaabay names. All of the Anishinaabayg knew the names of the lands, waters and rivers. Some of the Anishinaabay reserves changed the English names that were given to them to be called. Now the Anishinaabay language names are being used. The correct terms for the Anishinaabay land are in their possession. The land will be good.

Again the Anishinaabayg want to speak the Anishinaabay language. Anishinaabayg again want to have Anishinaabay names. Anishinaabayg again want to have their Anishinaabay colours. Anishinaabayg again want to have the Anishinaabay language to talk the Anishinaabay words, to pray the Anishinaabay prayers, to sing the Anishinaabay songs, they want to communicate, they want know everything.
They want to use the Anishinaabay language so that their spirits will hear, so that they understand what is being said, what is being sung, what is prayed for.

Again the Anishinaabayg want to own the Anishinaabay language, to own the Anishinaabay business, to look after the land, water, the animals, the plants and the Anishinaabay life. Again they want to look after the Anishinaabay language.

Again it is time for us to find the Anishinaabay language teachings. We can look after the Anishinaabay writings. The Anishinaabay language to be used again; that will be the only way it will be good. This is the only way to see the truth. Anishinaabayg to use the three Anishinaabay laws again.
