Healthy Recipe: Cashew Kale Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
¼ cup of soaked raw cashews
1 tsp coconut aminos
1 garlic clove (optional)
½ fresh lemon squeezed
2 celery stalks with leaves
1 kale stalk
Water as needed
Directions:
- Soak raw cashews in cold water for a minimum of 20 minutes
- Drain and rinse the cashews
- Meanwhile wash celery and kale
- Place all ingredients in a blender
- Add water as necessary for the consistency of a dip or dressing to your liking
