Healthy Recipe: Cashew Kale Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

¼ cup of soaked raw cashews

1 tsp coconut aminos

1 garlic clove (optional)

½ fresh lemon squeezed

2 celery stalks with leaves

1 kale stalk

Water as needed

Directions:

  1. Soak raw cashews in cold water for a minimum of 20 minutes
  2. Drain and rinse the cashews
  3. Meanwhile wash celery and kale
  4. Place all ingredients in a blender
  5. Add water as necessary for the consistency of a dip or dressing to your liking
