Cambrian grads have lined up work

On Friday, September 12, 2014, Cambrian College and the Wabnode Centre for Aboriginal Services celebrated its indigenous Line Crew Ground Support graduates with an honouring ceremony.

The 10 students, who completed 15 weeks of training, accessed the services of the Wabnode Centre throughout their studies. They include: Quentin Ashawasagai, Jermaine Atatise, Nigel Debassige, Michael Jacko, Connor Katchen, Carlo Metatawabin, Shannon Powless, Anthony Rego, Tyler Sackaney and Adam Talbot.

80 % of the graduates from last week’s ceremony have already secured employment.
